At Jewel Hamp 🎁, we do our best to ensure your orders reach you safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.
1. Order Processing Time
- All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom and theme-based hampers may take 3–7 business days to prepare, depending on the complexity of your order.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
- We ship Pan-India using reliable courier partners.
- Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may take longer due to courier limitations.
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram DM (as per your contact preference).
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
- Free shipping is available on eligible orders (as mentioned in ongoing offers or promotions).
- Additional charges may apply for express or same-day deliveries, if available in your area.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for select locations and order values only.
- We may contact you for confirmation before dispatching a COD order.
- Repeated refusals or fake COD orders may result in future restrictions on COD access.
5. Packaging & Safety
- Every item is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you damage-free.
- We use bubble wrap, protective layers, and sturdy boxes for all hampers and fragile items.
- In case of visible damage upon delivery, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours.
6. Delays & External Factors
Jewel Hamp 🎁 is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier company issues
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters or strikes
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
We will, however, assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues as best as possible.
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will need to pay re-shipping charges to have it sent again.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
