Return & Refund Policy – Jewel Hamp 🎁

At Jewel Hamp 🎁, every product is packed with care and checked thoroughly before shipping. Since most of our products are personal-use or custom-made, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy except for specific cases mentioned below.


1. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for:

  • Jewellery, accessories, or hampers due to hygiene and personalization reasons.
  • Minor variations in colour, shape, or packaging — as these occur naturally in handcrafted or aesthetic items.
  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with the following proof:

  • Clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the issue.
  • Your order ID and contact number.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit (based on availability).
No replacement will be accepted without valid proof.


3. Custom Orders

Customized hampers or personalized products are made specially for you and cannot be cancelled, replaced, or refunded under any circumstance. Please double-check details (theme, name, colour, delivery date) before confirming.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. For prepaid orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.


5. Shipping Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, Jewel Hamp is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or factors beyond our control.
