3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are accepted through our official website, Instagram, WhatsApp, or authorized platforms only.
- Payments must be made in full before order processing.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for select pin codes and order values.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified after dispatch.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship Pan-India using trusted courier partners.
- Delivery times may vary based on location and order type (custom hampers may take longer).
- Jewel Hamp is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or external factors beyond our control.
5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
- Due to hygiene and personalization, we do not accept returns or refunds once a product is delivered.
- Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing proof (photo/video).
- If approved, a replacement will be arranged based on availability.

- Custom hampers are made specifically for you and cannot be cancelled or exchanged.
- Please verify all details (name, theme, message, delivery date) before confirming your order.
